If you are already an AAPH member, please set up a user name and password, and complete the form below with your updated information for the online directory. We will verify your membership status before approving your application. (You'll only need to enter all this information once, and thank you for helping in our system transition!)

If you specialize in a particular area (past life regression, smoking cessation, etc.), list it here and the public will be able to search for you by this subject.

If you would like your contact information, background and qualifications, name and location to be publically available in the national referral directory, choose "Yes" here. (Note: this service is only available to members.)
This number can be vetted at anytime so be sure you have documentation, school staff, etc. that can back up this number. This will be displayed to the public in search results and in the member profiles. Do not include home study hours, Internet course hours or self-study hours in this number.
Do not include time reading books that aren't part of a course from a school or teacher. Include hours spent working on home study programs, correspondence programs, and Internet courses. You can include testing hours.
If you have taught hypnotherapy skills, choose the item that best describes your highest achievement in that area.
