When you password isn't working to log you in, and you have double-checked capitalization and exactly matched the details of your password and it still doesn't work, then it is time to reset your password.
Use the "Forgot Password?" link - either at the top of the page or in the login form, or in the left-panel text on the login page - to tell the system to email you a new password. You should receive the email within a few moments.
Problem: Email hasn't arrived
Solutions:
- Check your junk mail folder
- If you are on Yahoo email, you may have to wait up to six hours because they delay delivery as an anti-spam measure
- If you have changed your email address or have never received an email from the system, then contact out office staff to correct the email address on your account for you.

ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED the email, it will contain a new password for you. Once the system sends you a new password, all other passwords are invalid. Only that password will work. Note: For example, if you complete the process of the "Forgot Password" form three times in a row for some reason, only the third an last password emailed to you will work. The account password is wiped out each time that you do the "Forgot Password?" process.
YOUR EMAIL may also include a one-time login link. That link will log you in - ONCE - and take you directly to your account page to set a new password. Be sure that you do: enter the new password of your choice in *both* the password AND the confirm password fields. The passwords in both these fields must match. Then click the "Submit" or "Save" button at the bottom of the page.

WHEN THE SYSTEM emails you a new password, it will be a set of random letters and numbers, probably hard to remember. You can set your password to whatever you like - something easier to remember but hard for others to guess - anytime. Here are the steps:
1) Log into the system. If you can't log in, use the "Forgot Password?" link to get a new password so you can log in.
2) Choose the "My account" link in the left-panel menus.
3) Click on the "edit" tab.
4) Enter your new password twice - once in the password field, and once in the confirm password field.
5) Click the "Submit" or "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
If you like, log out (using the link in the left-panel menus) and then log back in using your new password to verify that it works. If you can't get it to work, repeat the process.
