Members: Getting Listed in the Directory

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If you wish your profile to show in the public directory, you must select "YES" in your profile for the "Publish Listing in Directory?" question.

You can find this setting under "My account" -> "Edit" tab -> "Public Directory" tab.

Be sure to fill in the rest of your profile information, including your appointment phone, web site address, and your specialties. If you upload a picture, it will also be displayed to prospects searching the directory.

Still not showing in the directory?
Be sure that you have entered something in the "Business Name" field of your Professional Information page. If you don't have a business name, just put your own name in that field (as well as in the "Professional Name" field.

If your "Business Name" field is blank in your profile, the system thinks you haven't filled in your profile yet and will not shoe you in the search results.

And, STILL not showing in the directory?
You may want to contact our office staff to make sure your web account is set for "Member" level. Non-member accounts or expired memberships will not show in the referral database search results.
